My name is Eric Provost. With over 20 years of experience as a Business Analyst, UX expert and Product Owner, I’m a jack of all trades. Jumping between strategy, business analysis, requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, product design & user research, I help to build solutions aligned with users’ & stakeholders’ expectations.
I thrive in complex environments and early project stages where everything needs to be defined. I make it a duty to build a shared understanding among everyone involved so that we, as a team, can build what’s best for users.
Leveraging my expertise in Business Analysis, User Experience Design, and Product Management, I built different strategies over time to collect, assess and organize critical information required to make decisions fast, and be able to be efficient fast.
